Does the Bible condemn gay sex?

here are about half a dozen or so Scriptures that are often cited by modern Christians to condemn homosexuality. These include Genesis 1-2 (the Creation Account), Leviticus 18:22 & 20:13 (Holiness Code), Romans 1:24-27 (Letter from Paul to the Christians in Rome), 1 Corinthians 6:9 (Letter from Paul to the Christians in Corinth, and 1 Timothy 1:10 (Letter from Paul to Timothy).

After Inclusive Orthodoxy's founder, Justin R. Cannon, acknowledged to himself that I he was sexually attracted to other guys, he began to study these verses in their historical context, exploring the Greek and Hebrew, as well as the larger Biblical context in which the verses are found. He began this journey truly seeking conviction and understanding, so as to learn God’s will as related to his sexuality. He came to learn that, contextually understood, the Bible only condemns homosexual sex in perverse contexts of rape, prostitution, pederasty, and otherwise cultic practices. He believes that there is nothing in scripture that condemns a loving and committed homosexual relationship. The results of Justin's studies have published in a study titled The Bible, Christianity, & Homosexuality wherein he examines closely these different verses.
